I have two questions about system monitoring for host availability and oracle backup alerts.
1. Host Availability: The metric for host availability by ping is working. I can see in the system monitor for each technical system the host availability and if the ping failed I get an alert. So far so good. But sometimes the ping didn't work but the host is still running (maybe some network issues). So it would be great if there would be a possibility to say that only after x-failed attempts the alerts get triggered.
Is there a way to archive this? The only idea I have right now is to create a different notification variant for this alert, which waits 1-2min before the alert will be sent.
2. We got a yellow alert every time an oracle backup starts. This is not really necessary. So is there a way to turn this of?
