Message processor popup

hi all,

in SM 7.1 SP12 when user(incident creator) edit Incident apear popup window "Enter you BP as curent processor". I dont need this function for this user. How can i disable this function for the group of some user.

i customize AGS_WORK_CUSTOM with function AIC_ASSIGN_PROCESSOR=AUTOPOPUP_NO2EDIT and assign authorization object SM_SDK_ACT with parametr DSPT to the user but still popup window apear.
