I`ve got an issue with Support Messages.
The goal is: Every new Support Message to trigger an E-Mail to the Support Team.
Status yet:
A Support Message created from within the SolMan (7.1) Triggers an E-Mail sent to the Support Team informing them that there is a new Support Message.
So far so good.
But if someone creates a new Support Message out of the connected ERP-System, no E-Mail to the Support Team is triggered.
Where are the Switches to trigger an E-Mail to the Support Team at every new arriving Support Message?
