Homogeneous System Copy of Solution Manager 7.1 SR1

Dear Colleagues,

I am facing a strange problem while copying Solution Manager 7.1 SR1 from one system to another.

The System Copy in source as well as in Target completes successfully,but when i try to call url

http://<fqhostname>:5<nr>00/nwa ,the page does not exist.

Checking file system i came to know the directory "server" does not exist under C:\usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGS<nr>\j2ee\cluster.

In SAPMMC AS Process Java Table is also empty.

Note: I have performed a simply homogeneous system copy using R3load based method.

Simple DB export(tablesplit) followed by import for SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SR1 AS ABAP+Java (Dual Stack).

No MIGMON or parallel export / import is used.
