ABAP queue check failed Error, While generating stack

Hi Expert,

I am getting a ABAP queue check failed error, while generating the STACK file for UI5 and FIORI (Attached).

Here are the system details:

ERP 6.0 EHP5

SQL 2008

SAP_BASIS : 702/14

Kernel : 702/500
