is there anyway to get the count of existing test documents and Test cases in the report of the CBTA.As of now am getting only the list of test cases/document but my requirement is to get the number of test cases/test documents count.

Hello Experts,
I successfully create a technical and managed SAP Business Conenctor 4.8 system in our SolMan7.1 SPS14.
I assign the template from SAP BC 4.8 in technical monitoring and get a green icon.
But If I check the System Monitoring, the status for availability is grey and there is no Monitoring Infrastructure.
Next check in Extractor Framework via Infrastructure and all extractors are green.
Do someone know how to get this status green?

We have set up ChaRM and e-mail functionality working perfectly. Now current requirement are:
1. e-mail will be send only when status change.
2. ChaRM mail notification not required for every changes in the document.
However with current set up e-mail notification, it send notification in both cases meaning status changes and any changes in the document.

I'm attempting to upgrade from NW 7.4 EHP7 SP07 to NW 7.5 EHP8 SP01. When I go through the Maintenance Planner and define the change as upgrading to EHP8, when I get to the Download Files step it only shows the Atribute Change package for the ERP CORE components are selected to be downloaded (see screenshot).
I'm expecting to see all the SP packages for the core ERP software components that are required to get to EHP8 SP1, but they aren't there.
Thinking that maybe I needed to be at a higher EHP7 SP level for the Maintenance Planner to select the correct files, I went through the same process using a NW 7.4 EHP7 SP10 instance and got the same result.
Has anyone encountered this? Do I need to upgrade to NW 7.5 first?
Any help is appreciated.

Hello All ,
We have an issue running in our Solman system. We are running with so many duplicate entries in LMDB of SolMan .Even though our SLD has only i SID where as once the technical system gets created in LMDB, Once after when we try to re-synchronize LMDB with SLD we are getting created with the Extended SID for some system where as for other systems when we do a re-synchronize we dont have any Extended SID's getting created.
Also we are getting the message the extended ID are getting created , But when we check with that ID in Technical system it does not exist . And this is really confusing us and how to avoid this duplicates getting created when we resyn LMDB with SLD,
Could anyone please advice on this issue .

Dear All,
Recently we activated DVM in our Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 but after activating Extractor for Top Objects extractor getting failed with below error .
None: No RFC authorization for function module DVM_GET_SMD_REQUESTS
When this extractor fails we have two ABAP dumps logged in system.
BW Client:
User: SM_BW_SMD
Runtime error : RFC_NO_AUTHORITY
Short text: No RFC authorization for function module DVM_GET_SMD_REQUESTS.
SolMan Client :
User: SM_EFWK
Runtime Error : CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR
ABAP Program : SAPLAGS_DVM_EFWK
Short text : No rfc authorization for function module DVM_GET_SMD_REQUESTS.
Kindly let me know if some one faced same issue and solution.
user roles are up to date,please let me know is any other role need to be specified to users for DVM.

We are on Solution Manager 7.1 SP 12. I have implemented BPMon in our landscape and I am using it monitor our business processes.
I am trying to configure Table Entry Counter(I have configured it for other scenarios and its working fine) on a custom table. My problem is that not all the columns that are available/visible through SE16 are visible when I try to configure Table Entry Counter for the table in question.
On the POSDM system table ZGAP_CHECK_LOG has columns RTI and SRS which are not visible in the Table Entry Counter config and hence I cannot configure on these columns. Below are the screen shots. Never faced this issue while configuring Table Entry Counters. Can you please help.

We have 3 different teams and its required 3 different SLA's Example as below:
Team 1- Very high & High it should trigger 24/7 and medium and low- 8AM to 5 PM
Team 2- Very high & High it should trigger 24/5 medium and low- 8AM to 5 PM
Team 3- No very high. Only High, medium and low -8AM to 5 PM
1.Please let me know how to configure?
2.Is it possible to assigned 2 service profile to 1 response profile?
3 Is the above configuration can do without any customization?
4.Is it required to make Mandatory to make the sold to part ?So that if they select Team1(Sold to part)..SLA will work as defined?

I have configured IDoc monitoring for my ECC system in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP12. I would like to know that trend analysis is available for IDoC monitoring or not. I have checked in MAI Alerting Directory Browser and there "BW Reporting" is selected.
but still when I launch trend analysis from Business Process Monitoring it throws below error

We are setting up Retrofit (+ ChaRM) at a customer currently.
But I have a question regarding the "target request" for Retrofit.
So there is a DEV1-QAS1-PRD1 maintenance landscape and a parallel DEV2 and QAS2 project landscape.
TR1 is created in DEV1 in the maintenance landscape. It is released, so now it is possible to perform the retrofit.
When retrofitting, the Retrofit screen asks you to fill in a "target request" from the DEV2 system in the "retrofit request" column.
However this 'target request" on DEV2 needs to exist already beforehand?? Honestly I would have expected Retrofit to create his own new target requests, or at least a button "create transport request" on the retrofit screen...
How, where and when would you then best create this target request on DEV2?
On DEV2 we have the implementation project running. Should we create a separate Normal change document on that project in which we create all of the "target requests" for retrofit? But then they would also be creating TOCs etc towards QAS2 which is not necessary imo? Or should retrofit requests be created directly on the Task List of the implementation project? (but this then complicates the procedure towards the users, most of them normally stay in the Web UI while for the task list they need to go to GUI etc)...
