CHARM Email Notification

Not able to change variant in SCMA_TRODER_IMPORT Job
Hi Experts,
When we schedule job /TMWFLOW/SCMA_TRODER_IMPORT from the task list it is picking a wrong project which doesn't exist in the managed systems. We want to change the variant or project so we can correctly schedule the job with the existing project.
Looks like this job doesn't have selection screen for defining variants. We cannot change the variant from the task list either. Can anyone please help how to schedule the job for production ?
Reviewed note 1897163 but could not find how to change variant for above job.

How can we know the Road Maps related to ECC application in SolMan Repository

I'm trying to use the blue prints which have already in the SolMan Repository. But while creating a project we have to select the Road Map related to ECC application which are in SolMan Repository . Please help me how to recognize the road maps related to ECC application . Or what are the templates related to ECC application in SolMan Repository.

Alert configuration for critical job, but not for all job failures
Hi All,
We have few critical jobs in the production system and recently we have installed the solution manager system 7.1. As part of alert monitoring configuration Client want us to configure alerts for only few critical jobs not all Example : job name with XYZ, ZXY not for every job failure. Please advise the steps for configuration.

SAP S/4 Hana Product version not visible in Solman
Hello,
We are running sap solution manager 7.1 :
We have installed the manageed system SAP S/4 HAna on premise 1511 SP0 and would like to patch it to SP01
The problem is that the product version SAP S/4 HANA on PREMISE is not displayed in MOPZ
It tunrs out that the PRoduct version SAP S/4 HANA on PREMISE is not displayed at all in smsy side either.
I suppose that I need to patch/update out solution manager, but could not find any note mentionning the required support package.

Usage of Effective Old Space
Hello everybody
In a EWA of one of our ABAP+JAVA system we get this alert:
Usage of Effective Old Space
The resource utilization is critical and leaves no room to cope with sudden high-load situations.
The higher the value, the harder it is to cope with high load situations. If more than 80% of old space is used, high-load situations can lead to rapid growth phases within the old space and therefore to sudden resource outages. As a result, average values that are higher than 80% can indicate critical resource utilization.
Recommendation:
If persistently high values of effective old-space usage are observed, related parameters (such as the old-space growth rate) should be analyzed as a preliminary measure. If growth rates are observed within the cluster-high old space, this may be due to high baseline resource utilization.
In some cases, adding additional server nodes to use the available resources more efficiently may be recommended in order to reduce the overall baseline usage. It may be advisable to enlarge the heap, depending on the type of application deployed and the operating system used. However, an increased heap size will also increase the average time required for a full garbage collection, and so any changes will have to be analyzed carefully using the parameters defined here.

Standalone Solution Manager licensing?
In terms of licensing - the right to install and use Solution Manager is included in the SAP Support agreement (standard or enterprise). However what if I (hypothetically) want to use SM only as a standalone ITSM tool and have no SAP landscape whatsoever? Is it possible? If so what licenses do I need to buy to accomplish this - users, cores, installations or whatever? I was not able to find this information so far, please help.

Technical Monitoring - Email Notification - Modify the Email Subject Description and Email Contents
Hello Guru's,
We have enabled Technical Monitoring functionality in our Solution Manager 7.1 system which is on SP11.
The Email Notification Subject contains the Alert Group description to which it belongs to. But we want to change Alert Description that comes in subject line of Email Notification. Also we want to change the email description. Can anyone please help me in achieving above changes for email notification.

Add new repport to WEB UI
Experts,
I want to add one new repport to WEB UI in Solman 7.1
The standard repport AI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT is fine but I created a new one called ZAI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT, so the problem is:
1.- How can add this new repport to repports section in WEB UI page?
2.- Can I change this parameter for switch from AI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT to ZAI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT?

Error while creating an incident from incident template

ZMCR - blank follow-on documents (ZMMJ) error
We have had ChaRM working fine, but encountered an anomaly today which has crippled some RfC documents.
In a ZMCR, the scope block was extended to include new Normal Correction (ZMMJ) change documents. Everything worked fine until I clicked on Action >> Release for Development at Approved status.
The follow on change documents appeared to be created initially but contained no detail. The ZMCR reset to Approved status with "Data in Request for Change Scope assignment block missing or incorrect" warning, we are now not able to use this document.
I tried this with a new RfC and got the same error, but on an third try with a new RfC it worked fine. And on checking slg1 nothing useful came out at time I did the action.
So two questions:
1. Can anyone diagnose the issue or suggest why this occured?
2. How do we recover the crippled ZMCR with blank follow on documents?
Any help would be appreciated

Hi All, For Configuring the STMS in a landscape, does solution manager is required , For example : let us assume , we have one Dev system, one Quality and the third is prod system, so moving the transports from one system to other , do we require the solution manager or without using the solution manager , we can move the transports. I'm getting the error "No relevant product instances defined for product system" whilst trying to assign a logical component to a Solution.
The system is a SAP Netweaver 7.5 AS Java.
