Error during phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG upgrade to SP13

Hi experts,

We actually facing the following error in point  5.6 Execution of an upgrade os Solman, we very stuck in this face since many days. during the proccess we get the next error:

Checks after phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG were negative!

When we unlock the instance to apply somes workarounds and check the st22 for dumps, we found this wire dump:

We also try the option: Accept non-severe errors and repeat phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG but the error and dump persist.
