Hello,
is it possible to hide specific support teams in the ITSM for users with a specific role?
The scenario is the following:
User 1 can dispatch an incident to org. unit B, because org. unit C is not visible to him in the CRM UI.
User 2 then (after checking) can dispatch the incident to unit C, because this unit is only visible to his usergroup / role?
Is there a way to achieve this?
