Status "Sent to SAP" not apprearing in ITSM CRM UI

Dear All,

 

I Configured ITSM for Incident Management and everything works fine except i do not see the option "Sent to SAP"

 

after the message processor changes the status to "In Process".

 

I checked the status profile in SPRO and it looks fine to me.

Has anyone come across something like this.
