We have recently done refresh to our staging systems. I have made these SIDs inactive in LMDB before refresh and activated SIDs after refresh. But when i go to Project status switches i cannot see option Status requests can be imported for SID.
Here is the error i found in SLG1.

I checjed RFC SM_SIDCLNT700_READ TMW and it has no problems,

I have a query like one of the transport in normal change ended with error but the changes are reflected in production system. I want to set the status to implemeted manually. I tried to do crm _socm_servixe report since release manage approved is the last step in the workflow of the normal change its not setting the status to implemented . Can u pls helo me in this

I am trying to get solman set up to email alert messages that are written to the application log in my ECC system.
The emails are coming through successfully but I am having a minor issue. Solman is looking for a message class and message number to alert on, which it is doing. However if the message number has a variable (&) in it, the message variable is not being picked up and solman is just emailing the text in the class.
e.g.
Does anyone know how I would get the message variable text into the solution manager email?

Hello all,
I have a doubt, please provide your view on it.
Last one year, we are getting RED symbol in EWA report (ST-A/PI and ST-PI components).
After checking i found, support package levels of ST-A/PI and ST-PI differences in PRODUCTION system and SOLUTION manager system, i found their a Application components difference one is ECC and CRM.
Please find the provided screen short.
Please suggest your important views on this, whether i have to change components and made this same components or directly increase their levels as per EWA report.

We performed the Change Request Management tunings in Solution Manager 7.1 SP12.
Tested normal changes. Problems aren't present.
But when testing we have creations of urgent change (ZMHF) from request for change (ZMCR) there are error.
After generation of ID for urgent change, we fail in urgent change and we see an error:
There is no active task list in the assigned project.
Status was reset by system.
At creation of urgent change the status is dumped "The status set to the value 'In Development' was failed, has been reset to the value 'Created'".
At this moment in SLG1 we see an error:
Error creating task list H000000009, transaction cancelled
Error writing to table/TMWFLOW/PROJCTC
Tries to create task list for urgent change with number which already exists.
If to close maintenance cycle and to create new, the first urgent change is created correctly, but the following with the same error.

I'm looking for solution to change start calculation condition of Initial Response Time (IRT) in Solution Manager 7.1. I need to customize it so it begins to calculate IRT not after new incident is registered, but after it is assigned to special support team or person. Actually it starts as soon as incident is created.
In my organization there are 2 levels of support and SLA is to be calculated only for the second level.
I added message status "New" to the list of "customer time status" in SPRO, in which are statuses for not calculating SLA but it does'nt stop IRT calculation for message "New".

We have an issue like when the emergency order were set to implemented status, the corresponding RFC doesnt go to implemented status.
This is happening for one RFC also. We have implemented one Note. the issue got resolved.
Now the problem is the RFC was in release for development status, we want to set to implemented manually
I tried to do with CRM_SOCM_service_report , but its not working. I have got solution finally and have added the status block in CRM UI SCreen
Now when i try to set the new status, Its throwing an error like " The user status cannot be changed currently"
Can anyone help me in solving this issue.

I am trying to register a multi-tenant hana with the SLD.
We have a logical hostname for each of the tenants (for example DB<SID>)
The current situation: (edit:we have HANA SPS9)
Hana Instance is in the sld with software component version: SAPHANA DATABASE 1.00
The tenants (with logical hostname) are in the sld but without any component version attached.
Is there any way to register the tenants with the sld?
We need to have them registered so we can complete the managed system setup of our hana based systems.

I have couple of issues.
1) How do I control the contact Person list in solman frontend?
When client user login to our solman to open an incident in the "Contact Person" list they see all the users of the system including other clients name. I want to limit it to see only those users of their organization and our organization. How do I achieve this? Please see the screen shot below.
2) We have list of users which came up here who are not exist in the GUI. I have deleted those users using T-Code SU01 but still no luck. Any Idea, how do I remove it from that list?

But now... How I can change status in document using ABAP?
I tried to use "SA_KW_RFC_IOS_PROPERTIES_SET", but it doesn't work.

Does anyone know if it's possible to rerun a composite CBTA script (that comprises of several single tcode-script) from a certain point, for example if the composite script fails at some single script, that script has been later fixed, and now I want to run the composite script only from that corrected single script onwards, i.e. scipping the steps that ran successfully before ?

We are in the middle of cutover preparation to implement 7.1 ChaRM. We have a 2-system SolMan landscape. Validation testing was performed in the development system and was successful. We are performing a mock cutover using the sandbox system to confirm cutover steps.
Transports were imported from the development system to sandbox to test the cutover steps. Mock cutover took place in the sandbox, however processing is not as expected.
In tcode SM_CRM, in the Details assignment block, when creating a new Request for Change, business partner Change Manager is being copied to the business partner "Approver (Security only)" and then the business partner Change Manager is set to blank.
This did not occur in development system during validation testing.
I did open a issue with SAP, however I'm hoping one of the experts out there can answer before they can! 
Entering the partners with no Categorization updated yet...
Selecting SAVE. Partner “Approver (only Security)” is still blank and is correct….
Then, I enter Category 1 (Business Area) and Leave other Categories blank. I do not SAVE yet.
Partner “Approver (only Security)” is filled with Partner Change Manager’s value and Partner Change Manager is set to blank….
Trying to thinking of what questions you may have about the config, here is what I can think of so far....
Access Sequence - Partner "Approverl (only Security)" is assigned to partner function SMSO0001. It has no Access Sequence assigned.
BRFplus Rules - There are rules assigned to determine partner SMSO0001 (Approver). However, the rules only determine when Category 2 (Scenario) is set, not when Category 1 (Business Area) is set. The error takes place right after the Category 1 is filled in, so it makes me think this is the issue, but the BRF rules are not set to check for that category code.
There is no value set when the Category is not one of these values. That worked when testing in the dev system, so I do not think that is the issue.
Partner UI Definitiions
In the UI, partner Change Manager is defined as Partner 3 and partner "Approver (only Security)" is assigned to Partner 4.
Those match the values in “Specify Partner Function Display in Transactions”...
Rule Policy for Approval Management
This rule does exist to set partner SMSO0001, but only when Category 2 is set to Emergency. When recreating the problem, Category 2 is not set yet. Only Category 1 is.
In case it matters, here is how I imported some of the changes from Development system to the test system.
Categorization - I enabled Schema Imports via RFC in IMG. Then, used the Import button in UI to import. Then re-activated.
Approval Procedure Rule Policy - The Approval Procedure Determination was transported from development to sandbox using tcode CRMD_ERMS_TRANS_RULE. The resulting Transport of Copies was imported to sandbox.
I hope one of you can help me resolve this quickly! Let me know if you need more details on the config!!
