While using Business Process Monitoring using MAI in SolMan 7.1, I am coming across an issue related to Analytics. I have maintained a solution and have also assigned monitoring objects to some of its processes but I am not able to see this Solution in Analytics nor I am able to see the Analytics tab above the panel on setting up dashboard for this solution. Require some help on this.

In our Landscape we are in need to congigure PI Monitoring in solution Manager .
Our Solman Version -7.1 , Central SLD which contains PI domain data - 7.3 . Now i should make the export/Import between Central SLD and Local SLD of SOLMAN in order to make the PI Domain data available in Local SLD also.
We have our PI system got connected to Central SLD Netweaver 7.3 Version .
In the Solution Manager now our requirement is to configure PI Monitoring, As per my understanding PI Domain data is not available in our SOLMAN Local SLD, So in order to make the PI Domain data available in SOLMAN i have planned to go for Export / Import between Central SLD and Solman Local SLD.
In this situation what kind of Export should i go for and should i need to export the technical systems data or Business system data in order to make the PI Domain data available in SOLMAN Local SLD .
Kindly suggest the method to proceed to make the PI Domain data available at the Solman local SLD .

I found some notes on thhis topic but they all seem to reference support packages lower than our current one (SP07). Do you know why the Actions button is disabled? This discussion claims to answer the question in Q6 but the referenced not is for incorrect translations; it makes no mention of the Actions button.
In my example, the RfC has been created and is now to be validated by the Change Manager (but the Actions button is disabled).
It appears to be related to the Conditions for the ZMCR Action Profile. See image. How can I determine the issue with the conditions for this action profile?

We are trying to analyze an upgrade to one of our systems via the Scope and Effort Analyzer of Solution Manager 7.1, we have setup CCM via SOLMAN_SETUP and tried to get the results. But we got an error during analysis that the cube 0SM_CCLG has no data for the system.
We are using Solman 7.1 SP 12 and the notes are updated before setting up Scope and effort analyzer

I have a few questions regarding adapt factory calendar in Solution Manager ITSM.
There are three things to configure in ITSM factory calendar. For example public holiday, Holiday calendar, Factory calendar.
Mostly, I have heard that In ERP production system, Factory calendar should not be changed manyally.
If then, Solution manager factory calendar should not be changed also? is that change affect to managed systme like erp?
I have heard that solution manater itms factory calendar is used for calculating the service level time. Am I right?
For this reason, my question is that is it okay to maintain factory calendar including public holiday and holiday calendar in Solution Manager ITSM?

Dear Experts,
After I installed GUI 740 in my laptop (wind 10 os), i went to migrate the saplogon.ini files from other system to my laptop.
but there is no saplogon.ini files shown in the default folder,
so how could i replace the configuration file. there is only one .xml file is showing, that which i created manually on the pad.
is there anyway to get my old configurations back by replacing.
i hope u guys will find a solution.

I created a Survey in SPRO --> Customer Relationship Management --> Transactions --> Settings for Service Requests --> Questionnaires --> Define Surveys
While creating the Questions and Answers, I gave answer field as "Input field" and Checked the "Required Entry field" box to make the field as mandatory.
I attached this questionnaire to a Service Catalog item in CRM_UI under business roe SOLMANPRO.
Next, I am logging in to YSOLMANREQU to create a service order under the Service Catalog item. In the process of creating a service order, I need to fill the questionnaire.
While filling the questionnaire, even if I miss any value in the mandatory marked fields, I see no error. I am able to save the empty questionnaire and create a service order. This should not happen.
Please advice me how to make the questionnaire fields mandatory at CRM_UI level.
Please note: The mandatory property is working fine at SAPGUI level.

I am installing solman 7.1 but after installation I am seeing the ASCS and SCS are going to E: drive and CI on other i.e F:
Any one faced this issue ? Are there any changes that are required ? While installing I gave input as E: drive not sure why its going on F

Diagnostic Agent is already installed on SAP Solution Manager Server, But it was not registered with SAP Solution Manager System. So ni performed below steps and connected the same with SAP Solution Manager by using below command
1. stopsap.exe name=DAA nr=98 SAPDIAHOST=XXXXX
2. smdsetup.bat managingconf hostname:"sapms://hostname" port:"81<Instance Number>" user:"SMD_ADM" pwd:"XXXXXX"
3. startsap.exe name=DAA nr=98 SAPDIAHOST=XXXXX
all above steps were performmed successfully, I also got the sucess message. But still I cannot see the Diagnostics Agent of Solution Manager for which i performed above steps appearing in Agent Adminstration screen or Step 6.6 of System Preparation <Connect Diagnostic Agent>
Can anyone please letme know if there is any mistake in above steps or there is anything else i need to perform in order to get this DAA appeared in Agent Admin page and Connect DA steps of System Preparation.

Hi All,
I need to configure ChaRM Urgent Change (UC) for 4 system landscape. I don't want to use Normal change as of now, so that's out of scope for me.
I have gone through other scn posts related Charm configuration for 4 system landscape, but none of them giving clear picture on what changes we have to make in Urgent change, so that it works for 4 system landscape.
So I want to have more clear picture w.r.t Urgent Change configuration what additional changes I have to make in standard Actions & statuses .
Landscape : Dev-> Quality-> Pre-Prod -> Prod
In the standard Actions & statuses of Urgent Change (SMHF) it's only applicable for 3 system landscape.
If I perform the action "Pass Urgent Change to Test" it will import UC to Quality system & status will change to 'To Be Tested'.
When I perform action " Confirm Successful Test" , it will change UC status to " Successfully Tested".
So after this status we have next action as " Import into production", so there is no action available to import change into 'Pre-Production'
So what changes exactly I need to do to import UC to Pre-Production ? So any suggestions, please help.
So once UC imported into Pre-Prod, then we have action ' Import change into Production' , which will import UC to Production.

Hi everyone,
We created service products and we are using these products to raise a service order.
While creating the service order, we are getting an error message: Item 10: Enter the Unit of Measure
When are trying to set the initial status of the item (product) in the service order as "Approved", then we are getting this error.
If we are setting the initial status as "New", then we are NOT getting the error.
We have used SMSC as the Item category for the service product and the status profile was assigned correctly under SMSC
Also please refer the screen shot of the service product we created. We have maintained the Unit of Measure.
Please suggest why we are getting the error when setting the initial status as Approved.

I have created a support message successfully through the sap portal version 7.31
But the created message does not have correct name of Reported by user in sap solman system version- 7.1 field assigned.
Continuously one user name is comeing in field "Reported by" while successfully support message created.
For example:
Suppose have portal user have xyz,PQR and mnm.
I loged into the portal with user PQR or mnm and create the support message successfully through the sap portal.
When am going to sap backend solman system,while checking each and every things are fine but "Reported by" field showing xyz name in Reported by field but I have created support message from user PQR ,If I create support message from any users always reflecting xyz name in Reported by field.
For you info xyz is portal admin ID,hvae done config from this ID only.
Please suggest to me that where am missing config level sap portal end or sap solman system end.

Recently i have upgrade my Solution Manager, when i am running Solman_setup or from work center is giving me following error

Hi Team,
I have configured System Monitoring for one of our ABAP System, current Solution Manager version is Solman 7.1 and on SP 11.
Below is the screen appears while trying to check the results for for System Monitoring.
As you can see the Instance part and Host part are greyed out, They are not showing any results.
Could you please let me know what i have missed during configuration. I have selected all four option while configuring in select scope step of Tech Mon.

We have an enhancement that is run when Change Documents are saved in Solution Manager 7.0, which uses the IB_INSTANCE variable for Change Document transaction types (for example, SMMJ and SDMJ)
When we run it in a Solution Manager 7.1 system using the 7.0 transaction types (like SDMJ), we can see that IB_INSTANCE has the expected value. However, when we use the 7.1 transaction types (like SMMJ) in the same system, there is no value. I have confirmed that the IB_INSTANCE field is filled out on the Change Document.
This has been the one item holding us up from upgrading to 7.1, so I'm really hoping someone can point us in the right direction.

I was configuring solman 7.1 SP13 and i met with an error in setup LMDB step in system preparation phase.I had done the upgradation of SLD CR content to its latest but still the issue follows.and i had gone through the sap note 1940068 - Error "SAP CR Content version X.XX in LMDB lower than source X.X" in Solution Manager 7.1 and 1891566 - Repair of LMDB CR Content but its not helping .A little help would be appreciated ..
I had deleted the sld\active namspace and created sld\temp and updated to its latest .but nothing changes.

In my case, I use consistency check "Same User" to compare "Current processor" and "Developer".
When "Current processor" and "Developer" is the same people, status can be reach correct.
But standard "Same User" check when "Current processor" and "Developer" is the same people, status will be cancel.
So I need to change the condition form "same" to "different".
Can anyone know where I can adjust the ABAP code.

is there any possibility in Job Scheduling Management for mass job maintenance in managed system?
Let's imagine example. I have set of 10 jobs in test managed system. I make a system copy from productive to the test system and i need to schedule these 10 jobs on the test system again using JSM. I know, i can schedule it from job documentation one by one, but is there any possibility to do it at once for "one click"?
Another example could be, i need to change status from Released to Sheduled for several jobs at once. Is there any possibility in JSM to do it?
